Frame Materials You Can Choose for Your Electric Bike
We usually choose 6061 aluminum material as the frame for electric bikes thanks to its lightweight and the appearance design with aluminum alloy frame is more flexible, which can make various beautiful shapes.If you want something sturdy and durable, you can also choose high carbon steel as the frame. If your electric bike is used in specific scenarios and you are pursuing better shock absorption performance, a magnesium alloy electric bike will be your choice.

Yes we have. Basically we have office and warehouse in US and had built factory in Vietnam and France. Faced with current situation on tariff and the specific characteristics of electric bike imports in Europe, we need to extend our production base overseas to better service our partners. We can do EURO 1. original certificate in case you are in Europe with which you can get 0% free duty when import our electric bikes to your countries.
It depends on which country you are from and where our electric bikes are made. For example, we make electric bikes in China and export to Europe, you can clear the custom with documents declaring our TARIC additional code registered in EU and with it you will get 33.4% anti-dumping duty (we will prepare the document for you). If we put production in our Vietnam work plant, you are able to get free duty with Vietnam original certificate. Our way of cooperation can be very flexible and there are different options for you to choose.
We are also very experienced in the packaging and shipment of CKD electric bikes parts. All electric bike CKD parts and components will be well protected and packed in clean boxes, with inside details and quantities listed.
